🍝 Rigatoni Carmine Rabice –
A dish inspired by family tradition. Rigatoni tossed with broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, slivered garlic, hot Italian sausage, and pecorino cheese. Simple, rustic, and packed with flavor.

🥩 Veal Romano –
Tender veal cutlet topped with prosciutto and spinach, finished in a shallot Marsala cream sauce with pecorino, served over rigatoni. Rich, elegant, and unforgettable.
