Join us in the Garden with Florida's leading expert on Bamboo Building, Joe Pierce. Learn all about designing and building with bamboo, the earth's abundant natural and prolific building material!
This class is an intensive (4-6 hours) and you'll leave with both concepts and knowledge on building with bamboo as well as working and hands on experience as we build a project together.

Bamboo grows easily and abundantly in Florida. With the right instructions and tools it can be used to create art, design structures, and build buildings that are both beautiful and functional.

There are only 15 spots for this workshop!

Our favorite past time is farm tours, and sourcing some of the best ingredients available for the kombucha!

While we were in Costa Rica we had the honor of getting to tour farm (their second location otherwise named Bodha gardens) and learning first hand about Syntropic agroforestry.

What a beautiful synergy between humans and nature.

We absolutely love what they are doing and are thrilled to be able to bring back about a year supply of black pepper and cardamom (hello mandarin tonic and pomegranate chai spice!)
