Shown paired with an ultra rare 2021 Ca’n Xicatla Blanc de Manteonegro from Mallorca, Spain, a minimal intervention garage wine made 100% from a rare light skinned mutation of the red Montenegro grape. 2021 Co**ha y Toro Don Melchor, Cabernet Sauvignon was #1 Wine of the Year, Top 100 Wine Spectator Magazine in 2024 and is a highly-rated, classic Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon from the Puente Alto region, known for its balance, complexity, and elegance, with notes of dark fruit, herbs, and graphite, and a long, structured finish. It’s a blend of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Merlot, aged in French oak.

2021 Nickel and Nickel Benton Vale, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville, Napa, California. First time special edition bottling of this exceptional wine. Crafted in collaboration between Far Niente winemaker Nicole Marchesi and esteemed consulting winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown, Benson Vale is a celebration of place and tradition. The 2021 inaugural vintage reveals an opulent tapestry of concentrated dark fruit, sweet, toasty oak, and seamlessly melting tannins, culminating in an amplified finale of blackberry and blueberry pie. The Benton Vale Vineyard is located between Harlan, To Karon and Martha’s Vineyard s on hallowed ground in Oakville.
