HIGH PROTEIN PUMPKIN PIE IN A CUP (serves 4) and the secret ingredient is cottage cheese. It’s blended until it’s completely smooth, you won’t even know it’s in there. It just adds 18g protein per serving. You can basically make this pumpkin pie for breakfast and know you’re getting a hearty dose of protein.

16 oz cottage cheese
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2-4 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Add everything to a food processor and blend until completely smooth. The longer you blend the creamier it gets. You can add graham crackers and pulse for the last few seconds. Pop the mixture into the freezer for 15 minutes to firm. Top with whipped cream, crushed graham crackers, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

Comment PLAN and I will send this week’s meal plan and full grocery list straight to your DMs!

5 day family dinner plan is here! Every month on my Substack I send out an email with 5 easy meals you can make for dinner along with a grocery list and cooking time for each one. I am here to fill in your dinner plan for you. Take this as inspiration, follow the recipes exactly or don’t, use what you have and use this as a base.

The thing most people get wrong is not looking at the week ahead. My best advice is to plan your meals based on how much time you actually have each night. Some nights you have no time, some nights there is more time, some nights you are hosting. I give you all the details on how to fit this into your real schedule.

This week we had mango chicken rice bowls, one pot beef and tomato pasta, burger bowl with tallow fries, chicken caesar smashed tacos, and build your own pizza night. All under 35 minutes, all family approved, all things I actually made this week.

Heres the meal plan: https://jazzleaf.substack.com/p/our-familys-5-day-meal-plan-080?r=1lqqnn&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web

Doing my first PR unboxing and I had so much fun with this one. Some really good finds in here, a banana bread pudding mix, pumpkin protein powder, tallow chips, prenatal gummies and immune support, mold-free coffee, granola bites, a non alcoholic aperitif, Caraway glass storage, the Our Place Always Pan, an Aquatru shower replacement filter, and Ancient Nutrition protein and women's vitamins.

Let me know in the comments if you want to see more of these and if you have tried anything on the list. I want to hear what you think!

HIGH PROTEIN QUESO DIP!

Twice a week I send out a healthy simple high protein recipe or meal plan to my Substack community. You just subscribe and get the grocery lists and recipes sent straight to your inbox. It is such a fun way to stay in the loop on everything I am cooking.

Last week I sent out this high protein cottage cheese queso dip and everyone loved it. Perfect for watching football, girl dinner, or a cozy date night with some sports on. Blended completely smooth so you would never know cottage cheese is the base. Creamy, cheesy, bubbly, and ready in 15 minutes.

These are the 3 INGREDIENT BANANA PANCAKES I have been making for 8 years. I started making these for my husband when he was on a health journey. He would slather some peanut butter on top and find it so filling. Now I make them every single weekend for my 3-year-old. I hope you can save this recipe and it can become a go-to for you too!

1 ripe banana
1 egg
2 to 3 tbsp gluten free flour or regular flour
Pinch of cinnamon + baking powder

Mash the banana really well in a bowl until there are no big chunks left (the riper the banana the sweeter the pancake). Add the egg, flour, cinnamon, and baking powder and mix until everything is combined. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small pat of butter. Once the butter is melted and the pan is hot pour small rounds of batter in. Cook for about 90 seconds until the edges look set and small bubbles start to form on top. Flip and cook for another 30 to 45 seconds. Serve immediately with maple syrup, fresh fruit, nut butter, or honey.
