The Meatloaf is in the oven....the Collards are being prepped...Seafood Jambalaya is almost done...and the Teriyaki Chicken & Salmon Salad will be ready for 11:30!...stop by for the fresh good stuff!

Bayou Texas Beef Chili...not your Grandmother's Chili...this is real beef(not ground beef)....and it has a zest....once you add sour cream and Monterey Jack Cheese to it....its amazingly smooooth..

Salmon Salad on a Croissant!....very traditional....very tasty..

Chicken Sausage Jambalaya (our awesome Signature dish)

Bayou Seafood Chowder ( a zesty Chowder with the corn & potatoes from the Zatarans boil pot....with shrimp, Crawfish, & crabmeat....

All perfect items for the day.....stop by for a taste...then go from there!

It's....almost Monday...but Tuesday works for a fresh batch of Red Beans n Rice at The Bayou.....They are slowly cooking away now.....we also have...Blackened Chicken Voodoo Pasta.....Chicken Sausage Jambalaya....and Red Pepper Gouda Soup.....we also have lots of items in the Market Fridge and Freezer
