Did you know? Saying hi to the folks next door can make you feel better than you think. Knowing our neighbors makes us healthier. It helps strengthen our feeling of belonging in and connection to our communities. It strengthens our network of support, which bolsters resilience and eases mental distress.

Got a neighborhood association in your area? Check out a meeting. And consider saying hi to the people you meet on the street. It's good for your health.

On Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, nearly 80 incredible volunteers showed up at the farm to give their time, energy, and heart. 🌱

Dr. King reminded us that “Everybody can be great, because everybody can serve,” and our community truly lived that out. From hands in the soil to smiles in the fields, the impact of today’s service will be felt far beyond this one day.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who came out to serve, learn, and help the farm thrive. Thank you for honoring Dr. King’s legacy through action. 💚
