We use this word very carefully, considering this is a permanent way of life, not a fad. Fresh Meal Plan is not a diet system using shakes, pills, cookies, or preserved and packaged meals. We serve purely FRESH food that will allow you to

achieve any goals you could possibly have. The Fresh culinary team is comprised of the highest level five star chefs led by world renowned Culinary Institute of America (CIA, the Harvard of food) graduate Patrick Delaney. Our team is well versed in nutrition giving our Fresh Family plenty of variety with each and every meal delivered making it very easy to maintain a long term healthy life. For one week log every dollar you spend on food and how much time you spent shopping for it, prepping it, cooking it and then cleaning up after it. Then think about how much your time is worth and realize that not only did you NOT save time or money, but you also do not have the variety of food that Fresh provides our Fresh Family clients with on a daily basis.
