Just a PSA - while I’m allowing somebody to corner the market on a whole batch, I’m certainly not going to stop anybody from buying half a batch or whatever. To paraphrase - I’m not in it for the money but it turns out the money is an absolute necessity.

Just heads up on the supply and the new-ish experience with simply adding a bunch of cookies that turn to mud into a keg. 2 weeks - maybe we have BA Stout Cookie Mud milkshakes? Definitely making something with it.

Cookie mud tastes pretty fu**in great, I’ll be sure to plan for sanitary extraction next time because this is absolutely shameful to throw away. I’ll give this an 11 out of 10.

Sometimes you just have to say goodbye. Fortunately all the beers for this week and next came together nicely, all bottled, maybe get some labels on today, certainly by opening tomorrow. What to release is the next question

“Chocolate Sandwich Cookies” is what I meant. Pretty impressed with that method so far - let’s see how much beer we get back out of there. Double macadamia is tasting amazing, aroma is popping, strong chance i bottle both coconut and double macadamia and then make a cocodamia blend.

Blend 5 - BA Barleywine - this one is a maybe.
Small barrels available, Cycle’s sort of birthday/anniversary, should be a hot but delicious day!

More beers in the works, I have 2 blend options made, 4 kegs of adjuncts in process with plans to start at least 2 more by the weekend - it’s not much compared to the past but living in the present it’s a lot of beer working towards packaging and sales! Thanks to everybody making this hobby work, it’s much appreciated!

I’m here til 4 or a little after, sold out of most of the stuff, 3 bottles of cookie stout if anybody is still around. More next week, cookies may not be on the list for next week due to delivery times but it’s coming, next week will feature something coconut, and who can say what will be ready and tasting great come bottling time.
