Our Bread Is Your Canvas 🍔

Zerrick, our West Coast Florida Sales Manager, brought the creativity of Euro-Bake to a recent food show, giving foodservice operators a taste of what’s possible with our versatile breads!

On the menu: a Puerto Rican style steak and onion sandwich featuring seasoned, thinly sliced steak, caramelized red and sweet Vidalia onions, spicy mayo, and two slices of Muenster cheese on our golden 4.5” Brioche Bun. Panini pressed to perfection, then finished with a fresh garlic, mayo and ketchup sauce and a sprinkle of green onions.

🎉 Celebrating Cirilo’s 20th Work Anniversary! 🎉

For 20 years, Cirilo has been an important part of the Unibake USA family. As a Maintenance Technician at our St. Petersburg bakery, he plays an essential role in keeping things running smoothly and helping our bakery stay in motion.

Reflecting on his two decades with the company, Cirilo shared:

“During this time, I have felt like family. My knowledge has been valued, and they have made me a better person. In reality, it has been many years with the company. Time passes so quickly that it feels like it was yesterday.”

Welcome to the team, Heather! 👋

Meet Heather Fudala, our new Sanitation Supervisor at Lantmännen Unibake USA in St. Petersburg!

Heather brings extensive experience in sanitation, food safety and bakery operations, including leadership roles with Kerry Ingredients & Flavors and Ferrara Candy Company.

Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Heather recently relocated to Florida with her husband, two sons and their miniature dachshund, Chip. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors and playing soccer.

We’re excited to have Heather on the team and look forward to everything she’ll bring to Lantmännen!

What a day at the Sysco West Florida Region Food Show! 👏👨🏻‍🍳🥖🥐

We had a great time connecting with Sysco customers, reps, local restaurants and vendors at The Tropicana while showcasing our bakery products and bringing them to life through delicious samples and a little hands-on product testing.

We put our Brioche Bun to the test with our live water demonstration to show just how well it holds up to juicy, loaded sandwich builds. 💦💪

Zerrick also brought the flavor with Puerto Rican style steak and onion pressed sandwiches made with our Brioche Bun. 🇵🇷🔥

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth and spent some time with the Lantmännen Unibake USA team. We look forward to working together soon!

Welcome to the team, Noah Butler! 🎉

Noah recently joined Lantmännen Unibake USA as our new Maintenance Engineer, bringing a strong background in manufacturing engineering, facility design and startup, and operations support.

Originally from Maine, Noah moved to Florida in 2022. Outside of work, you can find him cheering on the Boston Celtics, lifting weights, running, fishing or putting his new pizza oven to work.
