Schedules are changing, regular market season is complete. But we are starting Tuesday Pick-Ups at O'Fallon Station this week, 5-5:30pm every Tuesday.
It's quick and easy;
- Message, text, email your order by 3pm Tuesday
- We'll send you a link to prepay
- Pick up in the parking lot at O'Fallon Station 5-5:30pm

You can order anything listed on our website, including milk, butter, cheese, seasonings, honey, sauces, rice, popcorn, etc
We will pack and have your order ready for a quick pick up.
We only bring preordered items.

Fall harvest and planting is complete for us, and the rains came just in time for the cover crops, wheat, and barley to get a good start.
This week we finished no-till drilling the last of our wheat and got all the animals prepped for the blast of cooler fall air. We're still waiting on a couple more fall calves and soon we'll set up more fencing to graze cover crops. The cool season plants in the pastures are flourishing, providing a new flush of greens for the livestock. Our days will slowly get shorter as daylight hours are reducing, we do enjoy some quieter evenings in the cool season. We will be processing poultry for several more weeks until we finish the last batches of cornish cross chickens for the season.

This is our last regular Vine Street Market, O'Fallon, IL (https://www.facebook.com/share/1JWjJtFd1N/) , Saturday 8-12pm of the season, preorders suggested and accepted until 6pm Friday.

We will begin Tuesday night pick ups at O'Fallon Station starting Oct 20th, 5pm. Preorders required.

Thanksgiving turkeys are available for preorder with a $35 deposit. Whole turkeys are $8/lb. Fresh turkeys will be processed November 22nd. We will also have some frozen turkeys available too. Please let us know your preference of fresh/frozen and size.

Tonight we finished the last of the wheat 🌾 drilling for the season.
Now every acre has been no-till planted with cover crops, barley, or wheat. Since the temps have been warmer than normal, we’re just waiting on some rain 🌧️, to help them get a good start 🌱 on growing before winter sets in.

Thank you Vine Street Market at O'Fallon Station for another great Saturday!!
We sold out of eggs 🥚 , chicken 🍗 wings & tenders, turkey legs and wings, pork steaks, beef 🥩 ribeyes and fillets, breakfast patties, butter 🧈 and 🥛 milk. But no worries, we’ll be back 1 more Saturday for market, then we’ll still be at OFallon Station on Tuesday evenings 5-5:30 for pick-ups.
We found a new baby when we got back to farm cow. Now to finish drilling wheat 🌾

We spend the week finishing harvest of our non-gmo corn and soybeans. The corn bins are full to the brim, which is a great feeling, knowing we will have enough feed for all our livestock for another year. We grind our corn and soybeans, after roasting them, for our feed rations along with barley, wheat, and other minerals and vitamins, for our daily rations, specifying for each type and age of livestock. In each field, we grow cover crop mixes through the winter, which we have already droned or drilled. We still have some barley and wheat to drill after we haul some manure. One of the principles of regenerative agriculture is keeping a living root in the soil all year long. Our fields and pastures always have something growing in them, sometimes it's a crop like corn, sometimes a cover crop, sometimes a graze mix, but this keeps the biology alive and the nutrients cycling.
Our momma cows have given us a few more calves this week. Poultry are enjoying warm temps as they graze through the pastures.
We also got interviewed this week about our regnerative agricultures practices and how we use our egg mobile and hens to cycle nutrients while producing nutrient-dense eggs. More to come in the future on that.

Bin is full 🌽
We only have a few acres left to harvest and the bins are full, which is a great feeling. We are grateful to be able to grow non gmo corn to feed our livestock.

These beans will be roasted and ground with our feed rations for all our livestock.
