🍸 The Sauvignon Sour 🍸
A sophisticated twist on a classic. Crafted with distilled from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this cocktail captures the essence of elegance crisp, aromatic, and effortlessly refined.

A silky texture meets bright citrus and wild berry notes, finished with a delicate froth and a touch of gold from a dried lemon wheel. The perfect sip to elevate any evening.

✨ Recipe below ⬇️

🍋 The Sauvignon Sour – Recipe
Ingredients
* 2 oz Sorgin Gin
* 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
* 0.5 oz Crème de cassis (or blackcurrant liqueur)
* 0.5 oz Simple syrup
* 1 Egg white (or aquafaba alternative)
* Dried lemon wheel for garnish

Method
1. Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a shaker.
2. Dry shake without ice for 10 seconds to create a smooth froth.
3. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
4. Double strain into a coupe glass.
5. Finish with a dried lemon wheel for that perfect, refined touch.
