This week I will only be open two days. I just got moved into my new house and have been very busy. Also, with the bad weather coming Friday I figured that there won’t be too many people out.

With this post I am sadly announcing that Rae’s Cafe will no longer be open after this week. I am blown away by the amount of support I have recieved. I am so so very thankful for all of my friends and family that have helped me accomplish this. It wouldn’t have happened without all of them!

I have an opportunity for a different job next spring that I can’t turn down. It suites my future much better. Realistically, it’s the better decision to make and I can’t ignore that.

I have learned so much over the past couple months and I don’t regret it one bit! Thank you so much for all of your support! I appreciate it more than you know!

I was really looking forward to having Lasagna today. I was up most of the night with a sick kiddo and got a late start to today.

I’m having my Baked Potato Soup again today.
I also have some Tomato Basil Soup Today.

Rae’s Cafe will no longer be open on Saturdays. I will now be Tuesday-Friday.

My Saturday’s are typically very slow and I only get a couple customers.
