Summer’s not over yet! We’re excited to debut a brand new sour tomorrow: Kona Colada 🌺

This beer is juicy and tropical with additions of fresh pineapple and coconut, and conditioned on rum barrel chips to impart notes of warm spice and molasses that will transport you to an island paradise.

Try it in our Salem taproom starting Friday (tonight for mug club!).

Need a cure for that which ales you? Hair of the Dog rye stout is back, both in cans and on draft to scratch that summer dark beer craving. We use a portion of malted rye from Maine in addition to healthy doses of Munich and pale malts, and roasted rye to bring a toasted dark chocolate element in addition to a subtle earthy spice.

Try it on tap Sunday for the public release, early access Saturday for members of the Mug Club!

Ignore the apocalyptic doom-haze, and join us tonight for the tapping of a fresh batch of our Session Rice Ale with Yuzu! Coming in at 4.0% ABV with a dry finish and bright citrus flavor from real yuzu juice, this beer tastes like the sun we once knew, and the blue skies we’ll describe with fond nostalgia to our grandchildren.

For those wondering, we didn’t use any filters on this photo ( ). Also the A/C in the taproom is going strong, and the air filters are doing a heckuva job so it’s actually pretty pleasant in here if you need a respite from the smoke.

Introducing: Black Sesame Black IPA. Brewed with dark malts, a blend of west coast and English hops, and roasted black sesame, this beer balances pine and spice hop aromatics with a smooth and chocolatey stout base, finishing with a subtle nutty complexity from the sesame.
