Pumpkin Spice~ 🎃🍂

The Grown-Up PSL 🍁
We believe the best part of a Pumpkin Spice Latte is the spice, not the syrup. Our Pumpkin Spice is a robust, organic black tea blended with the actual ingredients of a homemade pie: Cinnamon Bark, Cardamom pods, and zesty Crystallized Ginger. It captures the nostalgia of autumn without the sugar crash.

Why We Love Warming Spices ☕️
Cinnamon and Ginger are “thermogenic” herbs, meaning they naturally warm the body and stimulate circulation. This is why we crave them when the weather turns cold.

Real Ingredients 🫖
Most “Pumpkin Spice” products are made with synthetic lab flavors. We use whole botanicals. You can see the cinnamon bark and cardamom pods in every scoop.

Oolong~ That perfect cup between green and black

🌱 Semi-oxidized tea from Fujian Province, China.

🫖 The cup tastes like blooming orchids over toasted walnuts, with a buttery texture that lingers.

🍵 Green or Black?
Neither! Oolong is its own category. Green tea is 0% oxidized, dried or steamed immediately after harvest. Black tea is 100% oxidized, fully darkened before firing. Oolong sits at 40-50% oxidation, which is why the cup tastes floral like green tea but smooth like black tea. The partial oxidation is what makes it oolong.

🍃 A tea to steep again, and again…
When you steep the leaf, it unfurls slowly, releasing flavor in stages. This is why oolong re-steeps so well. The first steep opens the leaf. The second and third steeps extract the deeper notes. By the fourth steep, the leaf is fully open and the cup is softer, sweeter, with almost no astringency.

Rose Chai Recipe 🌹

1 Tbsp Yerba Buena Tea Co. Chai
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 Tbsp rose simple syrup (Monin brand is excellent)

Place the loose-leaf tea in a tea infuser and place it in a mug.

Heat the water to a boil, then pour over the tea infuser and steep for 5 minutes. Once done steeping, remove the tea infuser and discard the loose-leaf tea.

Meanwhile, pour the milk and rose syrup into a small saucepan and stir. Heat until steaming, then remove from heat and froth with a milk frother.

Pour the frothed milk into your tea (froth and all) and drink up!

🧊 To make it iced, skip heating the milk, and serve over ice. Cheers!

Chamomile~ The evening cup that slows you down

🌼 Organic whole Egyptian chamomile flowers, steeped in hot water, release an apple-sweet aroma that fills the room before the first sip.

For Relaxation
Western herbalism classifies chamomile as a “nervine,” an herb that acts on the nervous system to ease restlessness and promote relaxation.

For Digestion
The same oils that give chamomile its apple-sweet aroma also relax the digestive tract to ease gas and bloating. The flower also works as a mild anti-inflammatory, which explains its long use for settling upset stomachs in children and adults alike.

The Whole-Flower Difference
Whole chamomile flowers preserve the volatile oils that crushed flowers lose to oxidation. The difference is visible in the bag and noticeable in the cup. The whole flower releases oils slowly over a long steep, which keeps the tea balanced and prevents bitterness.
