E Bar A Butchery in Salem, Arkansas is currently offering locally raised beef and pork to the entire region. We custom process all cuts to your specifications, and only use 5mil vacuum seal bags on all products. Even boneless products like stew meat are packaged in 5mil bags.

We are currently offering beef by the 1/4, 1/2, or whole, and offer hogs by the 1/2 or whole.
