June 1st means time for a new wine and recipe! We paired our newest wine, Grouseland, with a pepper salad. The wine is a semi sweet red with a light cherry and plum flavor that lets it pair with a variety of foods. The pepper salad can be a side dish or a condiment for summer foods like hot dogs, hamburgers, or hummus.

Our mother's day special is chicken piccata! Along, of course, with smashburgers, hot dogs and pulled pork nachos!

We also have a cocktail today - it's out Powder Horn (seyval blank), Blue River (blueberry wine), with lemonade, garnished with blueberries and lemon!
