Swapped out produce in the stand and had some cherry tomatoes to use up. Why not make lazy lasagna with our own pork sausage?!

By far beat the towers and what were grew in the ground. We had some good sized potatoes from the totes. Short video because it started to rain!

Harvesting potatoes from the potato towers. They definitely needed more water.

Mom and I picked green beans Monday night and we were commenting on how we thought we had hit the peak and was on the downhill end of the season . Thursday, I went out and picked a package for the cooler a little over a pound or two, but didn’t really look around all that much. Come Saturday morning we decide to pick the beans. We picked 16 pounds total the largest picking to date. For every five beans we picked there was probably three more that were still growing and still tons of flowers… I’m starting to reconsider that we were on the end of the season 🙃

These have been all sold except the one last package in the cooler 😉
