In for Friday at Fitts!

We have fresh Wild chinook, albacore tuna, halibut, New Zealand chinook and wild coho.

For shellfish lovers, we just received our weekly order of clams and oysters from Washington.

For our smoked seafood fans, we have all of your usual spicy and regular smoked favorites. Plus a chili lime smoked halibut that tastes fantastic!

We had a very special Fitts fan in the store last week! Deneen Martin, the great granddaughter of the original Fitts Seafoods family, came in for some seafood and to visit.

We work hard to continue to run Fitts as a family business, and it meant a lot that she made time to come by while visiting her family in Salem!

In for Friday! We have U8 wild head on Shrimp, fresh wild halibut, Oregon chinook, coho, ling and black cod, Dungeness crab, swordfish, in shell clams, mussels, Skookum and Kumamoto oysters, sea scallops, fry legs, crabmeat and so much more.

Ceviche! Our fresh handmade shrimp ceviche has been selling out each weekend so we made an extra batch!

We also just received fresh swordfish, wild sea scallops, oysters and albacore.

In for Thursday. This is a perfect weekend to grill and watch some football!

We just received fresh in: Wild and NZ chinook, coho, steelhead, sushi grade ahi tuna, Oregon albacore, halibut, black, pacific and ling cod. Petrale, snapper, clams, mussels, sea scallops, crabmeat and Dungeness fry legs.

On the smoked side we are freshly stocked up on smoked bellies, spicy and regular in house smoked salmon, our oak smoked salmon and more!
