R S Taylor & Sons Brewery, the pride of Hebron, is a destination farm brewery founded by Richard and Kelley Taylor, located on 50 beautiful acres of waterfalls and rolling cascades at the head waters of Black Creek in Salem, New York. All of the ingredients used in every b**r at this farm-to-glass brewery are grown on the farm or locally, and tours and tastings are on tap for individuals or groups

visiting the rustic brewery year-round. R S Taylor & Sons Brewery is the perfect destination for a day trip to the heart of New York's farmland, a special event or brewery tour to tour the grounds and take part in the harvesting process. R S Taylor & Sons Brewery hours:
Thursdays and Fridays 4 pm - 9 pm
Saturday 12 noon - 9 pm
Sunday 12 noon- 6 pm
