We've got two new beers on tap today giving one very good reason to come thirsty!

First up in our double beer release is House of the Rising Sun- Japanese Rice Lager. It's light-bodied, thirst quenching, and ridiculously easy to drink.

Then there’s Kashmir (Red Wine Barrel) - Peach Mango Calamansi Gose. Originally released earlier this year, Kashmir spent five months aging in red wine barrels and came back with a whole new personality. The delicate oak nose, and dryer, more tannic finish complements the exotic tropical, citrus, and stone-fruit notes you’d expect from white wine.

Today, we raise a glass to a legend. 🍻

After years of pouring beers, telling stories, making people laugh, and making OSBC feel a little more like home, our beloved Chuck is officially retiring.

Chuck has been so much more than a bartender. He’s been a great friend, a steady presence behind the bar, and, of course, a high-fashion icon. His service to OSBC has meant more than we can put into a caption.

Thank you, Chuck, for everything you’ve given to OSBC and to the people who walk through our doors. Come raise one with Chuck today and help us send him off in true OSBC fashion.
