From self-rooted vines planted in 1983, this Pinot Gris offers a delicate, textural elegance. Apple blossom and golden delicious apple meet lemon zest, crushed violets, and a whisper of oyster shell.
Aged 6 months in neutral French oak, this wine reflects the Jory and Nekia soils of our regenerative vineyard at 600–800 ft elevation.
Serve chilled (45–60°F) on a warm day, or with grilled white fish, arugula salad, and sourdough.
