Overlooking Ankeny National Wildlife Refuge, our vineyard has tranquil views. Each weekend we feature a special menu of appetizers, pizzas and desserts. The team at Ankeny strives to source our ingredients locally, supporting our community. Along with the vineyard we also have a lush garden of fresh vegetables, herbs and fruit. On our 22 acres we focus on Pinot Noir, growing five different clones, resulting in extraordinary Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grapes.

Do you know a Little Maker?

For the first time, we’re putting together a Little Makers Market for all the entrepreneurial little elves out there! We’re looking for young makers who love creating, crafting, baking, designing, and bringing their ideas to life.

Little Makers must be 17 years old or younger and are the creators of the products they sell. Interested in having your Little Maker join us? Email [email protected] with:

- Child + parent name
- A photo of their product or a link to their Etsy, website, Facebook, etc.
- Business name (if they have one)

We will be reviewing each submission carefully to avoid duplicate products. Once we’ve reviewed all submissions, you will receive a reply from us within two weeks!

✨ Meet Noah! ✨
Noah is our Assistant Tasting Room Manager and has been on and off with us for just over three years. He has the personality of a Border Collie—seriously, we’ve never seen this guy frown!

His favorite wine is anything red, but he especially loves our Olexa Block Pinot Noir. Pair it with his favorite pizza, the Black + Blue, for the perfect match. 🍷🍕

When Noah isn’t working, you can find him watching basketball. Most of all, he loves spending time with his sweet little family, hanging out with his son and girlfriend. Thanks for being you, Noah!🙌🏼

Our newest wood-fired pizza special is Funghi Pie! 🍄‍🟫 It has Alfredo sauce, a three cheese blend, shiitake and king trumpet mushrooms seared off, rosemary, shallots, roasted garlic, bacon, arugula, and Parmesan reggiano. 🍄 🧄 🥓

It’s the flavor of summer in cheesecake form! 🔥 You won’t want to miss our S’mores Cheesecake special — graham crust, vanilla cheesecake topped with a chocolate ganache glaze, toasted marshmallow, skewered marshmallow cubes, graham cracker streusel, and peanut butter sauce. 🤤 It’s available through Sunday so make plans to come out and try it!

Estate grown cherries are the main character on this special — topping our Cherry City wood-fired pizza that has chipotle mayo, mozzarella, bacon jam, wood-fired chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, and finished with parmesean reggiano, lemon squeeze, and parsley. 🍒

🌟 Meet Bailie! 🌟 She’s been on our team longer than anyone else and grew up just down the road from the vineyard. 👏🏼 Her favorite pizza is the Pig Out and her favorite wine is Coors Light. 😉🍕🍺 Bailie loves to joke around and can spot a troublemaker from a mile away! 🥸 When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her dog and lounging by the pool. 🐶

Did you know we make our rotating cheesecake specials from scratch? 👨🏼‍🍳 This week’s is Chocolate Cherry Chili, a New York style cheesecake with a graham cracker crust topped with estate grown pie cherries and Mexican hot chocolate glaze. 🍒
