Over the course of the last 23 years Chatila's has been open, we have to admit we have come across our fair share of people that give us "that look" when we mention that our stuff is Sugar-Free....but then something amazing happens....well, first, we convince them to taste it (convince=bribe) and "that look" turns into a look of surprise, then settles into complete bliss (well maybe not bliss, but

very, very close). They just cannot believe our stuff is as good as it is. And I am not trying to brag, ok, maybe I am...but Chatila's baked goods are something to brag about!!! We, ourselves are not even tired of gobbling down the goodies after 23 years!! That has to say something. We offer so many items-muffins, cookies, cheesecakes, napoleons, cannoli's, even HEALTHY doughnuts (I know, exciting, right???). It is with great sadness, that I will be closing Chatila's Bakery as of the end of July. Due to my declining health and the ever-increasing costs of ingredients, I have had to make this difficult decision.
I would like to thank each and every one of you that have been a customer over the years. I have met so many wonderful people that have walked into my shop; some of you were my first customers so many years ago and have become like family.
I have also had many great and unforgettable employees and without ALL of you--- Chatila's would not have lasted 38 years.
I also extend my sincere thanks for my customers in Canada that have been with me for the last 28 years, too.

The time has come for me to slow down and enjoy the years I have left. If you see me around town, don't hesitate to stop, say hello and catch me up on your lives and families as I will miss you and our connection.
