Today we fed the masses at the Salem family fun day @ The Field of Dreams. We knew it was going to be big and planned ahead. We had 52 lbs of brisket, 30 lbs of pulled pork, 20 lbs of pulled chicken, almost 5 gallons of alligator picante, 4 cases of french fries and I'm not even counting all of the chicken tenders, burgers and hotdogs, coleslaw, potato salad and sausages! We sold out of almost EVERYTHING!! You all definitely showed up HUNGRY!! We appreciate each and every one of you and thank you for your patience when things got REALLY busy and a little backed up. We would like to see you all again, so please stop by anytime during the week. We're open 11-7 Tuesday through Saturday. 🐊
