Made by Hand. Built to Be Used.

There’s something different about a knife that has a story behind it.

Each of my knives is hand-forged, one at a time, with an emphasis on rugged craftsmanship, practical function, and materials that deserve a second life. Whenever possible, I enjoy reusing and repurposing old steel and salvaged materials, turning something forgotten into something worth keeping and handing down to the next generation.

These aren't knives meant to sit in a display case.

They’re made to earn their place in the kitchen, in the field, or at the campsite. A good knife is one of the most important tools you can have.

Every blade is unique. Every piece of reclaimed material has its own history. And because they're made by hand, no two knives are exactly alike.

If you appreciate honest craftsmanship, useful tools, and owning something made by a real person in Southern Illinois instead of a factory assembly line on the other side of the world, send me a message and let's talk about your next knife!

Just a quick reminder for all the scammers out there; I am not some technologically illiterate country bumpkin just because I make knives. I notice fake email addresses, and I know how payments work through your favorite apps.

For my fellow knifemakers and bladesmiths; they will message you, usually from an account that's brand new, but occasionally from stolen or purchased accounts, and ask to buy a knife you've posted, asking how much it costs, and if you take CashApp or Zelle. If you give them a price and CashApp or Zelle account, they'll claim they've paid you, and pester you to check to see if you've received it. They'll hope you'll see these emails from unofficial accounts and believe you've been paid, so you ship them a knife for free, which they will try to pawn off, somewhere. Always check the From field on all financial emails to verify where they are coming from, and check the official apps to make sure you've been paid, not just your email.

The Witchfinger is a hand-forged, sickle-bladed tool for witches, herbalists, and foragers, made-to-order from reclaimed spring steel, embodying resilience and rebirth. Each Witchfinger can be imbued with your intention by being brushed with herbs before quenching, being quenched during a full moon or solstice, or having runes chiseled into the handle. Contact me to have yours made!

The Witchfinger is a variant of my Ladyfinger model intended for witches, heathens, herbalists, and the like. I brushed this one with wingstem blooms before quenching it, but these are made to order, and I can use a variety of medicinal and magical herbs, depending on your preference. I can also mark the handles with runes, upon request, or quench the blade during a particular time or event, such as a solstice or moon phase.

Just finished forging this camp knife from Texas Edition Chevy Silverado leaf spring, and started grinding the bevels, but the sun was going down, so I called it for the night.
