Guess what we can do about osteoporosis?
Consume high quality protein. We neeeeed to strengthen our bones (and muscles, too!). Soy is just one high quality protein. I don’t care if you want meat, dairy, plant- based protein….just incorporate protein into your diet. And not those fake “protein” chips. Key words: high quality.
