Whelp. After 2 years, finally got my incubator going again.

I'll be honest, it isn't easy being the only person doing things on the little homestead. But, got my greenhouse going, and eggs going, and if all goes according to plan, I'll have would for the greenhouse this evening. If not, it'll be tomorrow. It is ALL raised beds. Because all I have is rocks. All the way down.

Unfortunately, when the heat index is as high as it has been, I cannot bake. It just gets way too hot in here! Hopefully we have a break in these temps soon!!

Blueberry rolls were dropped off at Toledoth Acres Farmers Market today! I didn't get a picture of the entire package before it was devoured. But this is my sample fresh from the oven!

So far, my family says these are their favorite ones!

This is the last week for maple cinnamon rolls! Dropped them off at around noon at Toledoth Acres Farmers Market . They're open until 6 tonight.

Next month will be blueberry cinnamon rolls. :) so look for those next week!
