Yes. It is true. Effective January 1, 2026, we are required to check every single ID…every single time you purchase alcohol…to verify that you are not an “intradicted person” ( ordered by the court to not consume alcohol AT ALL).
It’s not our fault… it is not the clerk’s fault. It is the law…and we have to abide by it.
