When I started Cupcakery it was an accident really. I had thought about it before but never committed. My sister asked me if I could make cupcakes for my nephews birthday party at a local pizza place and the next day a woman called asking to place an order. I was a single mom of a 9 month old and decided I could use the money. So I dove right in thinking I could keep going to school and stay home with my baby. Well 6 years later, I have graduated college and Both of us have big changes coming in the Fall. My baby is about to start ALL DAY 1st grade, and I will be looking for a full time job...
Cupcakery turned into something I will always be proud of. I have met so many customers that have turned into friends that have supported me over the years. Without you, I would not have gotten to live out this unknown dream I had, for so long. I will miss seeing your children's smiling faces at delivery drop offs and your kind words towards my cupcakes. They both have made my heart so full.
So thank you, thank you, thank you.
Cupcakery's last day is August 1st.
I loved being your cupcake lady,
Tory
