Dowling Brew Co., while not currently incorporated, was founded in January 2014 by Zach Dowling to make his family’s passion corporeal. The Dowling Family has been brewing since the mid-1990’s and is on their second generation of home brewers. Through trial and experimentation the Dowling’s have developed dozens of delicious and unforgettable Beer and Soda recipes. Although it may seem far-fetched, Dowling Brew Co. may someday become a legitimate business.
