Good Monday morning folks!! Fingers crossed that our porch market is open this coming weekend. We are 💯 planning on it. Will be posting our menu on Wednesday. We will be getting invoices out today. And starting work on a few special orders!
If you are interested in ordering any items, I always say to ask the question and let me see what I can do for you! Please note we do require two weeks notice for special orders.
Recently, we have had a large number of requests for items a day, or two, before they are needed. There is 99% certainty that we will not accommodate those requests. Why? Eddie's is typically a team of one. One person. One oven. One small home kitchen. Limited storage space. We plan our schedule around orders on our books.
Every order accepted is important and given the same amount of attention. If we accept your rush order, that takes allotted time away from another order. It also means your order receives less attention by not allowing us to schedule its own time. But by having us "mush" it into the schedule somewhere.
With all of that said, Eddie's does try to do our best for our customers. We look forward to serving you!!
