We are truly grateful for the opportunity to be a small part of an event that supports such an amazing organization and the important work they do in our community. Seeing people gather around good food, fellowship, and a shared purpose made the evening even more special.

Summer Charcuterie Table Disclaimer

To ensure the quality, freshness, and food safety of our products, all charcuterie tables and grazing displays must be set up inside a climate-controlled building.

Due to summer temperatures, direct sunlight, humidity, and insects (including flies), we do not offer outdoor charcuterie tables or grazing tables during the warmer months. Our cheeses, meats, fruits, and other perishable items require proper temperature control to maintain freshness and comply with food safety standards.

By placing an order for a charcuterie table, the customer agrees to provide an indoor setup location that is protected from heat, weather, and insects. If an indoor location is not available, we reserve the right to modify the display or cancel the setup for food safety reasons.

Thank you for understanding as we prioritize the safety and quality of the food we serve.
