Our committment is to grow healthy transplants and vegetables using only organically approved fertilizers and other amendments. Winter Harvest Organic Farm is a 3-season farm producing assorted organically grown vegetable transplants, fresh vegetables, and naturally grown flowers. We also grow a large selection of beautiful culinary herbs. Many of our vegetables are seen growing in our front field

. They are offered at our farm stand (open in season), or at the Salisbury Farmers Market opening May 4, 2013, 8-1pm on Market Street 2 blocks south of the flea market.

Sale: Three Varieties of Organically Grown Cucumbers!!!

This popular variety is a consistent producer of delicious, mildly sweet cucumbers with dark green protective skin. The plants are highly disease-resistant and produce over a long season in hot or cool weather.

Poinsett
Released in 1976 by the late Dr. Munger of Cornell.
One of the best slicing cucumbers for salads.
Longer, blocky straight cucumbers that are perfect for market.
6-8" long cucumbers are born on very disease resistant vines.
Resistant to downy mildew, powdery mildew, scab, angular leaf spot and anthracnose.

Tendergreen:
Good for slicing or pickling!

Tendergreen is a straight, thick, tender cucumber. Its skin is medium-green with fine black spines. The vines are medium sized. This is a great variety for pickling or salads. The plant is cucumber mosaic virus-tolerant.
