We hope everyone had a lovely weekend and fantastic Father’s Day! Did we forget Specials?! Nope. Did we forget to post them yesterday evening? Yup 😂.

Brisket Sandwich: 16
Slow roasted beef brisket, cilantro cabbage mix, pepperjack cheese, crispy onions, golden bbq sauce. Served with chips. +3 to sub house frites.

Chicken Caesar Pizza: 17
Caesar dressing base, shredded chicken, parmesan cheese topped with caesar dressing lettuce and croutons.

Cucumber Salad: 12
Mixed greens, marinated cucumbers, red onions, feta cheese, champagne vinaigrette.

As always, Specials run from Monday open through Friday close! Happy Hour is EVERYDAY from 3-6pm! Mondays are also for SMASH Burgers!

Hey y’all! We love our ! We want to start really recognizing everyone who works so hard to make Burnish what it is! Our first Above and Beyond team member is Gary! Gary has been with us since the fall. You can find him performing a slew of support tasks around the taproom. Whether it’s bussing tables, helping run food, helping the bar with prep…Gary is always a huge help. Never one to shy away from a new project -we truly appreciate his efforts. Like many of our support staff members Gary just graduated High School from Mardela and we’re pumped that he’s spending his summer with us! If you see Gary be sure to congratulate him! Thank you for all you do for Burnish Gary! ❤️
