Quarter Moon Ranch Miniature Donkeys After 23 years, Pete and Carolyn have retired from breeding Miniature Donkeys but retain pets as well as their love for these wonderful animals.

After 23 years, Pete and Carolyn retired from breeding Miniature Donkeys after their move from Texas to North Carolina in July of 2016. Prior to that, Quarter Moon Ranch sold registered Miniature Donkeys to individuals all over the world who bred and showed Quarter Moon Ranch progeny. QMR has bred NMDA, ADMS and ACOSA National Champions. The Christians have been recognized by the National Miniatur

e Donkey Association and the American Donkey & Mule Society as major contributors to the promotion of the breed throughout the world.

I just now got around to posting photos of Quarter Moon Bowtie who was born on Christmas Eve. I've got to take a video of this boy. He's by far one of the sweetest little donkeys we've had. Dad is QM Laptop (29 1/2" black) and mom is QM Pin Up Girl (30 1/2" black). Love this boy.
