That’s right, you can stop by and enjoy a beer in the middle of a working brewery! Located at 109 N Lee Street, our taproom features twelve draft lines featurin

g all of our year-round beers, plus Griffin Series and Small Batch brews only available here. Parked out front, you can usually find a food truck every day except Monday! We brew our own beer on-site and sell it to adults (21+). We also offer guests beer samplings, wine, cider, water and soda (no liquor). We offer snacks at the bar, and you’ll often find a food truck out front every day except Monday. You are welcome to bring your own food – delivery, take-out, leftovers, birthday cakes…bring it on! Just no outside alcohol, please, that we cannot allow in. Our taproom is a family-friendly and dog-friendly environment, more like a German beer garden. Kids and dogs must be well-behaved and under immediate, direct supervision. About the brewery:
New Sarum Brewing Company was founded in early 2012 and was a successful nano-brewery for over two years. We went through a major expansion starting in early 2015. Our new state of the art production facility opened its doors in April of 2016. How we got our name:
Born in the heart of Salisbury, NC, New Sarum Brewing derives its name from the original settlement name of Salisbury’s Sister City “Old Sarum” England. Our logo was created by combining the Old Sarum crest with the City of Salisbury crest, fashioning them together to create our own artistic reflection. Our company is based on a basic principle, creating great craft beer. Each recipe begins with a study of an individual style of beer, searching history for proved and tested methods of creating the foundation. New Sarum uses this to find new ways of developing each beers' unique flavor.

Being Community Driven has always been a huge part of our mission. Shout out to our Taproom Manager Misty for being involved in the community with Terrie Hess Child Advocacy Center, not only as an Art instructor but she also serves on their Board of Directors. She recently was elected to serve as Vice President. If you know her, you know that she has a passion for Art and Children’s Advocacy. Those two things get to coincide during Camp Triumph weeks.

Camp Triumph 2026 Teen Session would not have been possible without our incredible staff and volunteers! 💛

Our clinical team works tirelessly behind the scenes to create a meaningful and unforgettable experience for every participant. A special shoutout to THCAC Board Vice President, Misty Ratcliff—a longtime camp volunteer and truly the best art director our campers could ask for!

Our volunteers generously give their time, energy, and care to make this experience so special, and we simply couldn’t do it without them.

From our clinicians and contract therapists to our staff and dedicated volunteers, this amazing team came together to create a supportive, fun, and impactful week at Camp Triumph—one our campers will never forget. 🌟
