Elium Farm now has fresh green veggies to sell. There are 3 lettuce varieties - Romaine, buttercrunch, and red & green Bibb. We also have kale and sweet spring onions. We'll soon have yellow squash, zucchini, cucumbers and broccoli. Our spring/summer hours are now in effect. Open all weekdays 130 to 5pm and Saturdays from 10am til 2pm.

Strawberry season now open at Elium Farm Market. Lots of sweet juicy berries available today, Saturday April 18 at our on site market. $20 per bucket, $12 for a 2 qt basket, and $6 for a single quart. Also, with the start of berry/produce season, our market hours change. We're now open every weekday afternoon as well as 10am til 2pm on Saturdays. Blackberries coming in June and blueberries in July.

Elium Farm Market now has pecans for sale. We have pecans in the shell for $3/ lb. Shelled pecans in 1lb freezer bags are $12 per bag. And if you want to buy ready cracked nuts and pick out your own "goodies ", those are $6/lb but you have to call ahead for those so I have time to prep them. Call Pam at 704-245-4500. Market hours now are Mondays and Fridays from 1:30 to 5pm and Saturdays from 10am til 2pm.

Elium Farm Market now has fresh Brushy Mountain apples for sale. We currently have 6 varieties including Golden Delicious, Honey Crisp, Gala, Stayman Winesap, Jonagold, and Granny Smith. Also available in 2 to 3 weeks will be Fuji, Pink Lady and Gold Rush. And don't forget about our delicious and nutritious Japanese persimmons. We also have our sweet potato harvest with both the orange Covingtons and the Purple Majesty varieties. Stop by on Monday or Friday afternoons between 1:30 and 5pm or Saturdays 10am til 2pm.

Elium Farm has added some fall items to their inventory. Now available are Hachyia Japenese persimmons, Covington sweet potatoes and Purple Majesty sweet potatoes The persimmons are $3/lb, Covington sweet potatoes are $1/lb and the purple sweet potatoes are $1.50/lb. Fall/winter hours are Mondays and Fridays from 1:30 to 5pm and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. We are closed this Saturday, October 11 to attend a wedding.

Elium Farm Market has pink eye/purple hull field peas ready now. They are $2.50/lb unshelled. We started our fall/winter schedule on Labor Day- Monday 1:30 to 5pm, Friday 1:30 to 5pm and Saturdays 10am to 2pm. Call Pam @ 704-245-4500 to place an order or stop by our farm market.

Today, Labor Day 2025, marks the beginning of the fall/winter schedule for Elium Farm Market. We are open this afternoon from 1:30 till 5pm. Then we are closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, but open Friday afternoons 1:30 to 5 and open Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. We still have tomatoes, squash and cucumbers, sweet onions, cantelopes and fresh garlic for sale. Fall ushers in our sweet potato harvest in late Seprember/early October as well as our Japanese persimmons. We also have a variety of greens which should be ready in a few weeks. Year round items include local honey, farm fresh eggs, and grass-fed, grass-finushed beef and pork. Come see Pam & Randy at Elium Farm Market!
