Look for Geoff tomorrow at Sallisaw Farmer's Market. He will have roast, brisket, ribs, dog bones, soup bones, ground beef, sirloin steak, skirt steak, ribeye steak, NY strips and filets. He will have a couple of sample packs available while they last. If you are interested in a quarter, half or whole beef, he can get you signed up! I should be back in a few weeks! We have two steers at the butcher and they will be ready for pick up in June. If you are interested in ordering a 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef, get your order to us in the next 10 days for a custom cut on steaks, roast etc. Our last two of the spring season will go to the butcher in June, ready for pickup in July.

It was a great first day back for us at the market today. We thank everyone for stopping by to see us. We appreciate all of you!

We are set up this morning at Sallisaw Farmer's Market. We are in a new spot #19 down on the lumbar yard end and we are restocked! We have ground beef, chuck/rump/tri-tip roast, stew meat, beef tongue, oxtail, tenderized round steak, brisket, short ribs, skirt/flank steak, sirloin steak, ribeye, NY strip and beef filet. We are butchering again in June if you are interested in a whole 1/2 or 1/4 beef. Come down and see us.
