Ingredients
🟤 Fried Tortellini
9 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
2 ½ tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
¾ cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated (divide ½ cup and ¼ cup)
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

🟤 Boneless Pork Chops
5 ounces boneless pork loin chops, 6 of them
1¼ teaspoons kosher salt
1¼ teaspoons smoked paprika
½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
¾ teaspoon onion powder
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon chipotle powder, or chili powder
2 tablespoons olive oil

🟤 Whole Chicken
4 pounds whole chicken
2 teaspoons kosher salt
½ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil

🟤 Fried Chicken
4 chicken thighs, with the bone-in and skin-on (approximately 2 to 2.5 pounds)
4 egg whites
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1½ teaspoons salt
¾ teaspoon black pepper

🟤 Meatloaf
1½ pounds lean ground beef, or meatloaf mix
2 eggs
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
For the sauce
½ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

🟤 Chicken Breast
For The Brine
¼ cup of kosher salt
Water
For The Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of garlic salt
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
¾ teaspoon of dried oregano
