Coming up on January 15th will be a practical certification at UVU Culinary Arts Institute. Starting at 8:30am you can come see two Chefs strive to earn their Certified Executive Chef and a Certified Executive Pastry Chef. This is a great opportunity to get prepared for your own certification and to see how the process works.
