A Bittersweet Update from El Rancho Grande ❤️ Long Post Please Read
After a lot of thought and some very difficult conversations, we have made the decision to close our sit-down location. Our last day will be August 31, 2026.
When we started this chapter, we gave ourselves one year to see if we could make it work. We poured our hearts, time, energy, and a whole lot of hard work into it. Unfortunately, the business just hasn’t been as profitable as we had hoped, and we’ve had to make the difficult decision to step away.
We want to say THANK YOU to every single person who came through our doors, ordered a meal, shared our posts, told your friends about us, and continued to support El Rancho Grande. ❤️
For us, this has always been so much more than just food. It has been about family, tradition, memories, and carrying on something that means so much to us. We are incredibly grateful that you allowed us to continue that tradition and share it with you.
This isn’t completely goodbye! 🌮❤️
We will be keeping the El Rancho Grande food truck, but you’ll see us out a little more sparingly. Both of us will be starting a new chapter and returning to full-time jobs outside of the food truck.
Until then, we would absolutely love to see as many of you as possible before we close our doors on August 31st. Come grab your favorites, say hello, share a memory with us, and help us finish this chapter surrounded by the people who have supported us along the way.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us, supporting our family, and being part of the El Rancho Grande story.
This may be the end of this chapter, but it’s not the end of El Rancho Grande. ❤️🌮
With love and gratitude,
Lisa, April & El Rancho Grande Family
