Congratulations to Utah Brewers and Cidermakers on bringing home 43 medals from the International Beer & Cider Awards in Idaho Falls last weekend. Our team captured more high fives than photos, but here are a few examples of what happens when our marketing guy points a camera and says "look tough!"

Top Secret Microbrew launches tomorrow at Uinta. This limited release New Zealand Style India Pale Ale is delicious, powerful and enriched with a tight selection of New Zealand-grown hops.

Tropical intensity meets a distinct aromatic edge with Nectaron hops driving waves of ripe stone fruit and pulpy citrus, while Motueka dials it in with fresh lime zest and herbal lift. Nelson Sauvin closes the loop with its signature white grape character. This beer intricately blends intensity and balance, with a smooth finish that will have you saying, “two microbrews, please!”

A combination so classic, you don't even think about messing with it. Gabagool, salami, pepperoni, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, red wine vinegar, olive oil, house seasoning and cherry pepper aioli on a hoagie.

The Uinta Brewhouse Pub & Kitchen is open for lunch and dinner Monday-Friday at 11am.

We did it. We heard R&D was working on something behind closed doors so we put on our Uinta Marketing Tools™️ dusters, blasted through the door and discovered this Top Secret Microbrew.

Built simply, with a base of pilsner malt and oats, this NZIPA celebrates a hop forward experience while also solving the drinkability situation.

Nectaron, Motueka, Nelson / 7.8% ABV / Intense and balanced
