We are searching for an NIGHT baker for 3 days a week (with potential for more shifts over time). Weekend and holiday availability are a must.

*We are looking for a reliable, dedicated, hard working person, who has great attention to detail. We prefer applicants to have some experience in food service, but we will train you for doughnut specific skills.

Baker Responsibilities:
* Making a variety of doughnuts, fritters, fillable doughnuts, etc.
* Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make glazes and fillings
*You must be willing to taste test doughnuts.
*You must be willing to clean up work station at end of shift.
*Must be detail oriented, hard working, and willing to learn.
* Keeping records relating to inventory
* Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

Baker Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
*You must be 18 years or older.
* Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
* Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
* Basic math skills.
* Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.
* Flexibility to work around customer demands, including night, weekend and holiday availability.
* Ability to work in hot environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
