DRIVING THE FUTURE OF WORK 💫 Last week, People and Culture Supervisor, Milli Ventling, represented Nicholas and Company as a keynote panelist at the NAWDP Business Academy 2026— a national professional development event hosted by the NAWDP - National Association of Workforce Development Professionals.

Milli spoke to a room of professionals from across the country about her experience partnering with the local workforce system, the value of investing in people, and why those relationships should be viewed as long-term partnerships that help build stronger organizations and communities.
