30 YEARS OF ROADEO 🏁🚚 This May, 36 team members stepped into our warehouse and parking lot for the 30th annual Nicholas and Company Competition. What may seem routine from the outside takes a massive amount of focus, discipline and professionalism every single day, and we're proud to recognize their accomplishments.

Congratulations to this year’s first and second place winners who will represent at the International Foodservice Distributors Association National Championship in Orlando, as well as our five transportation winners heading to the Utah State Truck Driving Championship this June!

Our sales team spent two energizing days together at Megaplex Theatres this week! 🍿 Sales meetings are always a great opportunity to learn from one another, become better stewards to our customers, and reconnect around the purpose behind what we do.

A special thank you to Darrell Amy for joining us and speaking about the value of "Selling from the Heart" (à la Larry Levine). One of the biggest takeaways from his message was realizing just how intrinsically motivated our team truly is.

At Nicholas and Company, we often talk about — a Greek concept rooted in honor, generosity and pride in service. That mindset shapes how we show up for our customers every day. We care deeply about their success, their families, their businesses and the communities they serve.
