The Ginger Experience reimagines the traditional German Gose. This distinctive brew starts with our award-winning Ginger Gose (Silver medal, GABF)—refreshingly tart with a hint of sea salt and fresh ginger.

After a full year aging in bourbon barrels, this beer transforms into something remarkable. Think of it as the beer version of a whiskey sour.
It pours clear, with a foamy white head. The foam bubbles like a soda, then gradually dissipates.

The aroma is tart and citrusy with subtle hints of ginger. Then comes the roller coaster ride on your palate—tart, salt, ginger, and honey weaving in and out. Fresh Pickin’s - Wet Hop - Cold IPA
Harvest Release 2025

From hop bine to brew in a single day, Fresh Pickin’s captures the fleeting magic of hop harvest season.

We teamed with Jackson Farms in Wilder, Idaho to rush their prized Idaho-7 hops from the field to our brewhouse in a matter of hours, preserving that raw, resinous character you can only get from a “wet hop”.

The Cold IPA style ferments with lager yeast at cooler temperatures, creating a clean, crisp canvas for letting the fresh hop flavors shine through.

It pours yellow gold with a slight haze and white foam.

The nose has a resinous dank with notes of mango and tangerine.

The taste is a juicy pineapple and mango, followed bright hints of grapefruit, tangerine and melon. The finish has a subtle pine resin.

It’s black as midnight and pours with a dense, creamy head. Ono greets you with an aroma of coconut and roasted coffee beans, intertwined with notes of rich cocoa, and bourbon-soaked oak.

Bourbon barrel aging imparts layers of complexity, adding notes of caramel, vanilla, and dark fruit.

The mouth feel is luxuriously smooth and full-bodied, with a velvety texture. Ono finishes with a lingering blend of coconut sweetness, coffee and a whisper of oak tannins.
