As promised, this is the first of a series of posts showing you what I taught at my cooking class at last weekend.
Gluten free bread - oh how tricky that it. But, thanks to inspiration from , this paleo bread does the trick!
So easy, and so versatile. I routinely make it into waffles. I often add veggies such as zucchini, cauliflower, spaghetti squash, pumpkin, etc. And I also use it to help with - using almond butter and ground flax for the first phase and and tahini for the second phase.
I love this recipe - and so did the attendees at my class. Thanks to who made it into traditional Peruvian sandwiches with avocado, tomato, eggs and mayo - they were delicious!
