Bewilder Brewing Bewilder Brewing is a brewpub located in downtown Salt Lake, within walking distance of many hotels Sorry no Children. 21+ with ID required.

No Dogs allowed in the brewery or on patio. Parking on North side of building is always available for customers. Parking on West side is almost always available, but MAY require payment if attendant available (this is rare). We do have cans, crowlers, and growlers available to go. Dart boards are free to use, but are first-come first-served. We have a small brewery, so we don't have scheduled brewery tours, but talk to the bartender, we can probably snag someone to show you the brewery.

New tomorrow, from the Hop Labs!!! "Early Aughts IPA" American Classic Style IPA made with Nugget, CTZ, Chinook, and Willamette hops this IPA comes in at 6.4% abv and 46 IBUs. With a stronger malt presence than more modern IPAs and piney/resinous hop bitterness that lingers on the tongue, this beer is throwback to the early 2000s and beginning of the modern craft beer movement.

Say You, Saison is available today! This was the 2026 Homebrewtah Best in Show beer, brewed with Brian McKray of the Lauter Day Brewers Homebrew Club

Tasting notes from our head brewer Steven: "To me this beer is full of doughy fresh baked bread with a classic French/Belgian saison one-two punch of spicy phenol and bubble gum. Kinda reminds me a lot of zebra stripe gum but for grownups. There's a nice lemon meringue thing and almost like a bay leaf and herbal tea like note. I personally really like this beer. Maybe one of my favorite recent beers we've made. But then again I love saison."

“Oui” made a French IPA!!! Inspired by the success of our German IPA, this is the first offering in our new line of International IPA's that will showcase modern and lesser known hop varieties from around the world, and we think you're going to love it.

This "French IPA" is kind of the big brother to our Vitruvian Pilsner, and features French Aaramis, Barbe Rouge, and Triskel hops grown in the Alsace region of France as well as 100% Jehanne D'Arc Pilsner malt sourced from French maltster Malt Les Maltiers

Coming in at 6.5 ABV and 50 IBU's, this beer has a delicate nose of red berries, rose, geranium, sweet hay, and a very interesting woody/cedar note that really adds to the complexity. A very unique hop expression, and a very crisp and refreshing beer. Fly in Friday and enjoy one in our taproom, then take some home to share.

We are releasing Vista on Friday! A fan favorite juicy IPA with a big aroma of tropical fruit, passionfruit, mango, and some creamyness. The flavor has a crisp bitterness with big passionfruit and grapefruit notes, and drinks a lot like a very modern West Coast IPA...almost a hybrid of WC and Juicy! This beer is no to be missed! Come in this weekend and have one at the bar or take some home.
