Freeze-dried vs. dehydrated. What's the difference?
Both remove water. They do it very differently.
Freeze-dried: frozen first, then moisture is pulled out. Keeps the original shape, color, and most nutrients. Rehydrates fast.
Dehydrated: dried with heat. Denser, shrunken, longer to rehydrate.
We use both, because each one is better for different foods.

Baking hack: our dired egg powder lasts years, not weeks. Stop wasting money on eggs that go bad before you can use them. Add egg powder to dry ingredients and water to wet ingredients, then bake like normal. It's that simple.
