If you’re on our email list and have checked your inbox lately, you’ve already heard the news… but for many of you here, we have something important to share with you—

After many moons of deep listening and leaning into the winds of change — it is with a tender yet joyful heart — the moment has arrived to announce that after nearly 13 years in business, Vive Juicery is coming to a close.

I was just 23 when I first started Vive, and I never could have expected the journey it would become. I will look back on these years with the deepest of gratitude. Thank you Salt Lake + beyond for believing in this beautiful little business and coming together to nourish our bodies and spirits with fresh, organic, nourishing goodness. 🫜✨

Many of you have reached out over time to share that Vive was something special… and I can’t help but agree. 🤍 that’s partly what made it so difficult to reach the decision to bring Vive to a close. But in the words of my mama’s wisdom—when you know, you know. 🌿

It takes courage to start something… and it takes courage to complete it.

One thing these 13 years have taught me is that one of the best ways to cultivate courage (and put it to good use) is simply to CREATE. ✨ So I am!

I’m honored and honestly thrilled to share that something very special is coming…

A Vive cookbook! 📒🫜

Nourishment for Life is a collection of recipes we’ve shared with our community over the years — juices, smoothies, soups, toasts, brekky magic, a few dinner bowls and more — along with juicing tips, kitchen tricks and the rhythms, values and whispers of wisdom that brought Vive to life.

This book is both a celebration and a completion.

A way to let the goodness of Vive live on! 🙌

Hop on over to nourishment-for-life.com or tap the link in our bio to pre-order your copy. We’re offering a special price now through March 3rd — we’ll go to print after we’ve sold 150 copies!

If you were part of the Vive years in some way, we’d love for you to have our cook book in your home. 🫶

Warmly and with love,
Brittany 💗

Your body’s always dropping hints—
through digestion, energy, mood, sleep, cravings.
Sometimes it’s subtle.
Sometimes it’s more of a “hey… can we not?” moment.

This post is here to help you catch the clues it might be time to cleanse—
especially if you’re cleanse-curious or already know the magic of pressing pause.

You can sip juice whenever you like—cleanses aren’t a health requirement.
But when you’re craving something more intentional,
a short reset can offer the kind of clarity that lingers.

No extremes. No celery bootcamp.
Just a little less noise, and a little more you.

Because when you give your system space to recalibrate,
you get better at listening,
your body gets better at speaking,
and that’s when things start to shift—
in ways that actually stick.

Scroll through the slides where we cover:
🌿 What to look for when your system is asking for a reset
🌿 How to set yourself up for success—mentally, physically, and practically
🌿 Why cleansing isn’t about extremes, but about returning to what’s true

If you’ve been thinking about hitting refresh, this might be the time to actually press it.

✨Next up in the series:
How to customize your cleanse to fit your rhythm, your body, and your life. Because one-size-fits-all? Not really our thing. We believe the best kind of cleanse is the kind that actually works—for 𝘺𝘰𝘶.

Cleanse-curious but not sure where to begin?

Let’s start with the basics—because there’s a lot of noise out there, and I’m happy to help clear the air. 🌬️✨

Today we’re breaking down:
✺ Why you don’t ~need~ a cleanse to be healthy—but might benefit from one anyway
✺ What cleansing is (and isn’t)
✺ What makes our approach different—gentle, grounded, simple and supportive
✺ Why 1–3 days is often all it takes to feel a shift

At Vive, we’re not here to overcomplicate your wellbeing. We’re here for clarity, quality, and letting your body do what it’s designed to do—with a little intentional support. ✨

Tap through to explore—and if something clicks, stay tuned. This is just the beginning of our series on cleansing with care. Next up, we’ll be sharing signposts it might be time for a cleanse, and how to set yourself up for success.

Questions? Wondering if a cleanse might be right for you? Drop them below or send us a message—we love helping people connect with that feel-good feeling. 🫶

P.S. Want to learn how to cultivate your life with intention? Join me this Sunday for Garden Tending for a Consciously Created Life—a guided workshop to help you get clear on how you want to feel and what you’re ready to create. A perfect companion to any reset. 💐 $25 • Link in bio to sign up

Cleansing has a reputation.
And let’s be honest—it’s not always a good one.
Many frame it as a quick fix—a way to erase, restrict or “start over” after overdoing it.

But here at Vive, I created our cleanse offerings with a different understanding in mind.

I don’t believe the body is something to 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘭.
I believe it’s something to 𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘩.
To listen to. To partner with.

A cleanse, when done with intention, isn’t about deprivation—it’s about 𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.
Not the kind that requires perfection, but the kind that says, “I care enough to slow down. To clear some space. To feel better on purpose.”

Cleansing is a way to saturate your system with real, whole nourishment.
Each day delivers the nutritional equivalent of nearly 20lbs of organic, cold-pressed produce.
Fresh. Unprocessed. ALIVE. ✨

In the early days of my own healing journey, I was floored by the difference that made. My body felt lighter. My mood lifted. I felt 𝘷𝘪𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘵.

And over a decade later, thousands of others have cleansed with us—many, multiple times. Because once you feel what it’s like to be nourished on that level, you remember. We are designed to 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦.

Our cleanses are intentionally simple—because simple is good. When you return to the basics, the body responds. Clearly. Powerfully. Sometimes even joyfully.

Even a brief cleanse can create real momentum—clarity, energy, and a deeper sense of alignment with the life you want to live.

So—to cleanse or not to cleanse?

Only 𝘺𝘰𝘶 can answer that.

But if you’re feeling the nudge—like your body is asking for more clarity, vitality or nourishment—this could be your moment to listen.

You don’t need to feel 𝘰𝘧𝘧 to benefit from a reset.
Sometimes it’s simply about reconnecting with what feels good.
Sometimes it’s about momentum.
Sometimes it’s about creating space for whatever’s next.

Over the next few days, we’ll be sharing a short series here for those feeling a little cleanse-curious. I’ll walk you through the 𝘸𝘩𝘺, the 𝘩𝘰𝘸, and ways to make it your own—so you can decide what’s right for you.

Because when done with care, cleansing isn’t extreme. It’s 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦. ✨

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by all that’s seemingly broken in the world.

But sometimes, the most radical thing we can do is focus on what’s beautiful— to celebrate it and protect it. To tune into what’s timeless and true.

To slow down enough to notice:
☀️ the warmth of morning sun
🐦 the sound of birdsong
🌸 a single flower in bloom

To live in a way that creates harmony within—and all around us.

Not because we need to be perfect. (We don’t)
But because we care. (We do)
Because we’re thinking about the generations to come. (How could we not?)

Because we want to leave the world better, brighter, and more beautiful than we found it. (And if you’re here, reading this, maybe you do too)

It doesn’t always take a grand gesture.
Sometimes it starts with something small.

Just think about how an oak becomes a tree.

In that spirit, we’re sharing this list of 22 ways to live in greater harmony with the Earth.

Simple ideas. Gentle actions.

Choose one to try this season—or carry a favorite into the year(s) ahead.

1. Sip from glass, not plastic
2. Compost your scraps (worms optional, magic guaranteed)
3. Support local growers + land stewards
4. Let your feet touch the earth—bare
5. Tend a garden, a balcony, a window box—or a single herb
6. Ditch disposables for reusables (have you noticed they feel better in your hand?)
7. Buy less, choose well, wear longer
8. Learn the name of a native plant or tree near you
9. Trade things instead of buying new
10. Drink your greens (you knew we’d say that)
11. Let natural light be your morning alarm
12. Eat with the seasons. Let your body remember
13. Speak gratitude aloud to your meals, your water, the sky
14. Share what you have—abundance multiplies
15. Ditch perfection // Embrace devotion
16. Turn off what you’re not using
17. Swap screen time for sky time
18. Savor your food—slower, softer
19. Be curious about where things come from
20. Practice reciprocity in little ways
21. Return your Vive bottles (hehe)
22. Listen to the Earth more than the algorithm

Here’s to co-creating a more beautiful world our hearts know is possible and bringing it to life with our thoughts, words and actions. Happy Earth Day! 🌎🕊️🫶

If you’re feeling the desire to reset, refocus, or reimagine the way you move through your life—this is your invitation to reflect and root into new rituals and routines.

This Sunday (April 27 @ 1:30pm MST), I’m hosting a live Zoom workshop to help you realign your energy, reset your focus, and revitalize the rhythms that feel good to live inside of—the kind that bring your life into full bloom.

So very Ta**us season of me. 💐

It’s called:
Garden Tending for a Consciously Created Life 🌿
$25 • Recording included if you can’t join live

This workshop is centered around a journaling practice I’ve been using for years—a sweet, intentional ritual that’s become one of my most powerful tools for staying grounded, clear, and connected through all kinds of seasons—the tender, the transitional, the bit too full, and everything in between.

Let me be clear though—this is way more than basic journaling. It’s your own personalized map and mirror—a way to connect with your inner self, tend to what’s most true, and create a life that lights you up. One season, one seed, one bloom at a time.

This is for you if:
✺ You’re craving clarity, rhythm, or renewal
✺ You’re preparing for or coming off a cleanse
✺ You want to live more intentionally—not just in theory, but in practice
✺ You’re ready for a gentle reset without the pressure of a total overhaul
✺ You’re ready to step into your role as the gardener of your own life

You’ll walk away with:
❀ a clear, embodied vision for how you want to feel
❀ a grounded, doable plan for where to focus your energy
❀ supportive rhythms that nourish and help you stay rooted
❀ a sweet and simple (yet surprisingly transformative) ritual you can return to again and again

And yes, we’ll be using the garden as our metaphor—but no green thumb required.

ps. This is my first workshop of this kind for the vive community, and I’m so excited to share it before we head out on our travels next week. If it feels like a fit, I’d love to have you there! And if inspiration keeps flowing, don’t be surprised if more workshops start sprouting up. 🌱

Springtime just got sweeter… our crowd-favorite seasonal sip is 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 and ready to delight your heart. 💗

This refreshing blend is (quite literally) a strawberry lemonade that grew up, ditched processed sugar and went organic. ✨

🍓 What’s inside: all organic strawberries, apple, grapes, lemon, mint and rose

💫 What it tastes like: sweet, tart, vibrant and very sip (or gulp—we get it) worthy

🥰 How you might feel drinking it: like you’re barefoot in a sun-warmed meadow with zero emails to answer

🏡 How to get it: order for home delivery 𝘰𝘳 try our brand new pickup option at

Catch this springtime favorite while it’s in bloom—it’s just as dreamy and joy-sparking as you remember (truly). 🍓🍎🍇🍋🌿🌹✨

Since day one, we’ve bottled our juices in glass. That’s 11+ years of commitment to doing things differently. Over 1.5 𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘰𝘯 plastic bottles saved from landfills, oceans, and—just as importantly—our own bodies. That’s enough bottles to:

🏙️ stretch from LA to NYC if lined up end to end
🏊 fill over 15 Olympic-sized swimming pools
🌎 wrap around the Earth’s equator nearly twice

It would have been easier, cheaper, and more profitable to switch to plastic. There were many moments it could have “made more sense” to. But from the beginning, we chose a different path—not because it was easy (it wasn’t), but because it was right.

Glass isn’t just a preference for us. It’s an 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘤𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦. For you. For the Earth. For future generations.

Plastic pollution isn’t an abstract issue—it’s in our soil, our water, our food, even our bodies. The human brain is accumulating more microplastics than any other organ. And despite the “recycling” labels, most plastic never actually gets recycled. It gets shipped overseas, dumped, or burned, polluting communities and water supplies—often in places least equipped to handle the burden.

𝘎𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴, 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥, 𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘥. It’s infinitely recyclable. It preserves taste, protects temperature, and keeps your juice free from the chemicals found in plastic packaging.

We had someone recently tell us we should be “more active” in our activism. To that, we say: 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝙞𝙨 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗺. The way we do business matters. The health of the planet and the health of people are inextricably linked. Without a thriving Earth, nothing else we fight for will matter.

So, to those of you who understand, who choose glass over plastic even when it’s inconvenient or costs more—thank you. You’re part of this too. And together, we’re proving that sustainability isn’t just possible—it’s essential.

As the new calendar year unfolds, we’re embracing fresh horizons with gratitude. After over a decade of nourishing community from our Sugar House store, we’re excited and ready to share what’s next for Vive:

Starting February 1, we’ll be moving exclusively online, offering delivery and subscription services as the primary way we serve you. Our last day at the store is Friday, January 31, and we hope you’ll join us in celebrating this space!

Back in September, we adjusted our storefront hours with the vision of simplifying, streamlining and creating greater sustainability. Since then, we were able to go fully organic and shift more than half of our business online—a response that feels like a sign of support from both our community and the universe to keep moving in this direction.

Why the change? It’s rooted in sustainability, a need to let go of challenges with our current location, and a personal call to adventure. Craig and I are feeling a deep pull to step back, travel, and explore ancestral homelands—a journey we’re joyfully calling our Spirit Sabbatical. 🥰

Swipe through to read our full letter where we share more about this shift, what it means for you, and how we plan to stay connected.

Thank you for being part of the Vive story. The love and support shown these past 11 years has meant so much—and we’re thrilled to see Vive continue, just in a new way.

If you have questions about this change, feel welcome to share them below or send us a DM!

With love and gratitude,
Brittany & Craig

As the longest nights of the year are slowly giving way to growing light, we’re reminded of the beauty found in cycles and celebrations—the balance of rest and renewal, giving and receiving, togetherness and reflection.

This holiday season, we celebrate the moments of connection that often nourish us most: the warmth of shared meals, the sparkle of heartfelt gratitude, and quiet moments that ground us in presence. ✨

To honor this special time, we’re giving ourselves and our team the space to rest, rejuvenate, and cherish time with loved ones. With that in mind, we will be closed until December 30th. Salt Lake City deliveries resume the eve before and the storefront will be open at 8 on Monday!

From all of us at Vive, we wish you a holiday season filled with connection, joy, and the simple, grounding gifts of nature. Thank you for being part of our community. 💛

Happy holidays, and we’ll see you soon!

P.S. We shared a token of our gratitude with our email community this morning—if you missed it, it’s not too late! Another little gift will be landing in inboxes this Friday. Sign up via the link in our bio to be added to the list. 🎁
