It is with a heavy heart that we announce the temporary closure of the new Shades Brewery & Pub on 3rd West. We hope to reopen by the end of October.

This closure is the result of a dispute with our landlord over alleged defaults and deadlines tied to construction issues. To be clear, we dispute that we have defaulted under our lease.

We have received some requests from the press for comment. We are unable to do so due to liability.

We know this is frustrating news for our loyal community and our team of dedicated employees. It is deeply painful for us to have our doors closed under these circumstances. Thank you for standing with us — your support means everything.

Tuesday – Bingo night is now here. Cold beer, fast cards, big laughs.
Wednesday – Trivia at 7pm. Bring a team or play solo.
Also Wednesday on the east patio: Ask the Dog Trainer – Our friends from Peak 9 Obedience will be here for a free Q&A session. Got a good dog with bad habits? Come chat.
Saturday – We’ll be closing to the public at 6:00pm for a private event at 7:00pm. Come in early, grab food, and enjoy the afternoon.
